In 2015 Pernod Ricard celebrated its 40th anniversary. In this short promo Master Distiller Desmond Payne highlights the true significance of Beefeater Gin and all its greatness over these years. This project presented a few challenges. Singling out the best soundbites from the interviews was difficult as the bar setting in which it was shot was somewhat loud, rending some of the interview inaudible. Furthermore, with this more limited list of soundbites to choose from Del Sol had to choose those which sounded the most natural and not prompted by the interviewer.
